About Home Connector
Home Connector is a partnership between COUNTY CORP and DOWNING COMMUNITY ADVISORS to address key housing issues facing the Greater Miami Valley. The Home Connector Program, which is aimed at addressing gaps in the local home buying system, the specific needs of home buyers and inducing investment in neighborhoods through renovating vacant, foreclosed properties and assisting qualified home buyers to purchase properties.
"Socially Responsible Developer" ProgramThe purpose of the program is to address blighted and foreclosed properties by working with development partners (for-profit & non-profit) to revitalize homes and encourage responsible reinvestment into Montgomery County's neighborhoods. Properties renovated through this program are held to a "Rehabilitation Standards," making these properties some of the highest quality and most energy efficient homes available to buyers.

County Corp was the first housing and economic development non-profit in any Ohio county and since 1979, has filled the essential role of pursuing housing and economic development programs for its residents. The mission of County Corp is to improve our Greater Dayton- Montgomery County community by offering affordable housing and economic programs for residents and small businesses. |
